- Use a large mixing bowl and add 2 cups besan, ¼ tsp turmeric powder, ½ tsp chilli powder, ¼ carom seeds, ¼ tsp baking soda, or papad kharo.
- Add salt to taste.
- Put oil and mix well. Slowly add warm water and then knead carefully.
- Continue till the dough turns soft and smooth.
